I’m Kelsee Moore—coach, Army veteran and military spouse navigating the daily juggle just like you. I’ve spent nearly a decade coaching athletes at every level, from NCAA Division I programs to the military’s most elite units, and I’ve seen one thing hold true across every field: the best performers aren’t the ones with the fanciest gear or the perfect conditions—they’re the ones who keep showing up.
I built this coaching business to raise the standard for strength and conditioning in our world. Tactical athletes and high-level amateurs deserve programming that honors your time, energy, and purpose—without fluff or ego. We lead from the front here, because I believe leaders are built by example.
